Re-enrollment Procedures

  • If your student started the 2020-2021 school year with Naperville 203 and has been withdrawn, they will need to be re-enrolled should you choose to return to Naperville 203 for in-person or remote learning. The following documentation will be required for re-enrollment:

    Re-enrollment Packet which includes Affidavit #1, Re-enrollment Form and Parental Consent for Release of Records

    Proof of Residency

    • Homeowner
      • Current utility bill – electric, water or gas
      • One additional current document:
        • Cable bill
        • Bank statement
        • Credit card statement
        • Proof of homeowners insurance
    • ­­­Renter
      • Renter with a current lease
      • Current utility bill – electric, water or gas
      • One additional current document:
        • Cable bill
        • Bank statement
        • Credit card statement
        • Proof of renters insurance ­­­­
    • Renter with expired lease
      • New current lease
      • Current utility bill – electric, water or gas
      • One additional current document:
        • Cable bill
        • Bank statement
        • Credit card statement
        • Proof of renters insurance ­­­­
