Naperville 203's Strategic Blueprint is the result of countless hours of input and conversations during our Focus 203 Community Engagement Sessions, focus groups with various stakeholder groups, and many hours of discussion with our community-elected board members and expert staff. Thank you to everyone who participated.

The Focus 203 Strategic Blueprint has five ongoing commitments and four areas of focus. Our ongoing commitments will act as the throughline for each of the focus areas and they are:

1. Implement a multi-tiered system of support for college, career, and life readiness
2. Implement a comprehensive social-emotional learning plan
3. Implement a comprehensive equity plan 
4. Ensure long-term financial stability
5. Build two-way communication and community engagement opportunities

In addition to these ongoing commitments, the blueprint identifies four key areas of focus. Within each focus area are action steps that will help us accomplish our goal. Essentially, this blueprint will ensure we stay on track and achieve our goals day in and day out.
