    The Strategy & Engagement Department is dedicated to the successful implementation of Naperville 203's strategic plan, ensuring cohesive alignment across all departments. Our mission is to lead communications, foster community relations, enhance engagement, and support staff to build a stronger, more connected district.

    What We Do:

    Strategic Plan Implementation: Guide the development and execution of initiatives that align with the district’s vision and goals, ensuring the strategic plan is effectively integrated into the daily operations of all schools and departments.

    Communications and Community Relations: Coordinate communication efforts with both internal and external stakeholders through various channels including publications, social media, website content, and our Talk203 email notification system. We also organize community events and forums to foster dialogue and engagement.

    Media Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for media, managing relationships with print, television, and radio reporters to keep the community informed about District 203 activities and respond effectively in emergencies.

    Volunteer Coordination: Oversee District 203's volunteer organizations, providing vital support to sustain and enhance the quality of education for our students and staff.

    Staff Morale: Facilitate collaborative design processes aimed at improving morale among all staff members, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

    Good News and Best Practices: Promote the sharing of success stories and best practices within the district, celebrating our achievements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Through these efforts, the Strategy & Engagement Department strives to build a unified, informed, and engaged community, supporting the district’s mission to provide a high-quality education for all students while also empowering and supporting our dedicated staff.
