New Educator System of Support

Naperville School District 203 provides a comprehensive system of support for all new educators. District 203 recognizes the responsibility of all stakeholders to invest in the support of each new educator in all domains of the Danielson Framework. Professional learning is provided in multiple settings and structures to prepare each educator for success with an ultimate goal of increasing student learning. Based on need, new educators also receive the support of well-trained mentors who coach new educators on best practices and current standards that align to district goals and mission.
