What is stored on the device?

No student data is stored on the devices. The Chromebook is primarily intended to run web-based applications and will need a web connection in order to do most tasks.  Users operate in a cloud-based environment saving to the Google Drive.  Most documents, pictures, videos, and other files must be uploaded in the cloud.
