    JA presented It’s My Future Career Workshops to all of the students in grades 6-8 in April, and ran a large Career Day in May, bringing in 47 volunteer mentors from local businesses to share their time and insight with the students. HS students also participate in a business simulation.

    The Downtown Naperville Alliance connects Naperville 203 with downtown merchants to identify subject matter experts to serve as mentors and judges for student presentations, specifically the retail merchandising showcase. In turn CCR shares DNA events and information with D203 key communicators. For the last several years, DNA has connected sculpture sponsors with student artists, allowing them to work with clients, demonstrate their creative vision, and showcase their talents during the summer months.

    Students get the opportunity to experience Marketing in real world scenarios through the Everdine's Grilled Cheese Challenge. Students create and promote a grilled cheese sandwich for the menu.

    Future Founders teaches Incubator students about storytelling, finances, networking, and creating a Linked In account. In addition, they assisted in organizing a field trip to 1871.

    To bring a real world application to the marketing students of Naperville North and Naperville Central, students developed marketing plans to promote a new pizza at MOD Pizza. The executive of MOD accessed the plan and chose the top 2 plans that would compete for the top sales. A portion of the sales would then go to a local charity.
