Michael Frances, Chief Financial Officer / Chief School Business Official

Mike began his career at Naperville 203 as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief School Business Official in March 2019.  Prior to Naperville 203, Mike was previously employed as a Senior Analytics Advisor at Forecast5 Analytics, a Senior Financial Advisor at PMA Financial Network, and the Assistant Superintendent for Finance at Oswego CUSD 308. 

In his current position, Mike is responsible for the Annual Budget and Tax Levy as well as supervision of the Business Office, Buildings and Grounds, Transportation, and Print Shop. 

Mike earned a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MS Ed. in School Business Management from Northern Illinois University

Mike and his wife Janie have three children, Jake and twins Joseph and Mia.
