Lisa Xagas, Assistant Superintendent of Student Services

  • Lisa began her career at Naperville 203 as an LBS teacher in 2003.  Prior to her current role as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services, Lisa served Naperville 203 as a special education teacher, the Assistant Director for Student Services, followed by a Dean of Students at NCHS and then the Director of Student Services.  

    In her current role, Lisa is responsible for Special Education and Section 504, Language Acquisition, and Student Support Services (health, psychological, OT/PT, Speech, Social Work services). Lisa enjoys her job and that every single staff member is 100% dedicated to ensuring students receive the education and supports they need to learn and grow.

    Lisa earned a BA in Special Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, a MA in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, as well as a Special Education Director Endorsement from National Lewis University

    Lisa and her family, husband, Ben and three young children, Addilyn, twins - Piper and Beckett, enjoy spending time at their family’s Northern Wisconsin cabin.  During her free time, Lisa volunteers regularly with her children’s sports and activities.
