Bob Ross, Chief Human Resources Officer

Bob began his career at Naperville 203 as a Principal at Washington Junior High in 2006. He then moved to the Administration office to become the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education, then later as the Chief of Operations to his current position as Chief Human Recourses Officer. Prior to Naperville 203, Bob was a teacher and dean of students at Stratford Middle School in Bloomingdale and then was an assistant principal and principal in Elmwood Park District 401.
In his current role, Bob is responsible for supporting our employees as they work with our students and enjoys meeting new employees.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Master of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University
Bob is a former member of The Riverwalk Commission in Naperville and the St. Elizabeth Seton Worship Commission. He currently volunteers as an usher at his parish in Naperville and enjoys walking, reading, listening to podcasts, and golf.
