Even though school is out for the summer, you can still read ebooks or listen to audiobooks from our Sora online collection! Read online or through the Sora app. Directions for logging on are on our elearning Resources/Reading At Home page. You automatically have a login - your ID# and your last name (lower case). Through Sora, you can also download and listen to two free audiobooks each week from the AudioSYNC library.

Tips for logging into Sora:
- Be sure to use all lower case for your last name
- If there is a Captcha box, check it before hitting enter.
You can log in but can't open your book? Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your Wi-Fi. If that still doesn't work, see if you can open it on another device, such as a PC, tablet or phone (you will need to download the Sora app from your app store for mobile devices).

Do you need to borrow a book from a college or university library? Use WorldCat to search and then use this form to request the Learning Commons staff procure it for you. We can borrow items from most Illinois libraries. Please note that it generally takes a week or so to receive a book from another library. Check your email - we will contact you through that with questions and/or to let you know we have received the item.
