Vaccine Clinics - May 22 and June 12
We are pleased to announce that District 203 and District 204 have collaborated with Jewel/Osco Pharmacy to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday, May 22 at Neuqua Valley High School located at 2360 95th St, Naperville for any individuals aged 12 and over.
Jewel/Osco pharmacists will be administering the Pfizer vaccine (approved for ages 12 and up), which requires two doses. Participants must be available on June 12 to receive the second dose. If a participant cannot make both dates, do not schedule an appointment. Student participants under the age of 17 must have a parent/guardian complete the consent form prior to coming on-site that day. Please bring a form of identification with you on the day of the vaccine clinic. For anyone 12 and older, please click HERE to schedule a vaccine appointment. Please feel free to share the link with anyone interested in receiving the vaccine.
If you schedule an appointment, please use door #53 to enter the clinic.
