Elementary Food Service

  • Beginning the week of January 25, 2021

Aramark is pleased to be providing the District’s meal service and would like to update the community on the current meal distribution activity.

We are continuing service under the current meal program which provides free meals for every child in the community 18 years of age and younger, regardless of meal eligibility status.

When distributing the meals, Aramark does not check for a student’s meal eligibility status.

The primary method of meal distribution will remain the Monday and Wednesday Curbside Grab-n-Go service.

This curbside service is available for all students that are continuing with remote learning and for all students that are returning to in-person hybrid learning.

For all-day students at the various district sites (“all-day” is defined as in-person greater than 5 hours):

    Childcare sites:

Childcare sites update the kitchen daily as to the number of students requesting meals.

    • Breakfast and lunch are provided by request for students to consume onsite.

    Elementary:

The primary method of meal distribution will remain the Monday and Wednesday Curbside Grab-n-Go service.

Elementary sites with multi-need and/or all-day students update the kitchen weekly on the number of requested meals needed onsite.

    • No general meal service is provided onsite – requested meals are delivered.
    • Breakfast and/or lunch are provided by request for multi-need/all-day students to consume onsite.

Please contact us @ grosh-nicole@aramark.com with any questions or concerns.

We look forward to providing a smooth, efficient, healthy meal process for all students!
