Schedule Change Policy

  • POLICY REGARDING SCHEDULE CHANGES 

    2025-2026 School Year  

    Class Change Request:

    • The deadline to request a change for the 2025-26 school year (Semester 1 & Yearlong Course) is July 15, 2025.
    • The deadline for 2nd semester changes is November 7, 2025.
    • Students have the first 20 days of the semester to drop a class for a study hall. (S1-September 11th; S2-February 3rd)

    Schedule Errors:   

    If you find an error upon receipt of your schedule, you must speak to your counselor IMMEDIATELY about making the necessary corrections.  

    Other Changes: 

    The following changes are not permitted

    • Requests to have/to not have particular teachers. 
    • Requests for specific lunch or PE periods.  
    • Requests to arrange a student’s schedule in a particular order.  

     

    Please see your nurse and/or counselor if there are extenuating circumstances, such as a documented medical condition, that he/she should be aware of.
