Mrs. Hetrick

My name is Jen Hetrick.  I grew up in Naperville and attended District 203 schools.  I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers) in 2005 and began my teaching career as an Early Childhood Educator in Chicago Public Schools.  I hold a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University, and I have worked as an Acting Assistant Principal. Additionally, I have an English Language Learner endorsement and Early Childhood Special Education approval.  This is my first year as part of the Ann Reid family, but it is the start of my 12^th year as an early childhood teacher.  My job is something to brag about!!!  I have the privilege to explore, laugh, and grow alongside my students every day!

In my free time, you will find me making memories with my husband and two boys.  We enjoy being outside, going to baseball games, visiting the beach or digging in the snow, and baking cookies!
