Student Pick-Up Procedures
Please read this email in full for student pick-up procedures after Day 1: Please note: A new system is being used this year that includes a QR code for student pick up. If you do not have access to a camera phone, you will need to park and pick your child up at Door 1. Your student's ID NUMBER can be found on the Infinte Campus Portal. A few reminders: Dismissal is from 10:45-11:00 and 2:35-2:50 each day. Please plan to arrive during these times, not after. Do not scan the QR code prior to arriving in parent drive. This is a big safety hazard for connecting students 'just in time' with parents. Please stay next to your car during drop off and pick up. Do not walk up to the school or run to meet your child. Cars cannot be left unattended. If need to approach the school, please park and walk up to Door 1. Always pull up as far as possible for drop off and pick up. We count on 16 cars waiting at a time, but that can't be done if cars stop in the middle of our drive. Thank you! Car Name Plate Update If you are a car rider, please check your child's backpack tomorrow for a Name Plate that should be displayed in the front right corner of your dashboard during pick up starting Thursday. This name plate will be used to connect you and your child at dismissal, along with the QR code check in process. Please read this information or click on the car for step by step directions.
