  • Health Services, Naperville School District 203

All preschoolers in D203 will not be participating in the SHIELD Testing. Thank you for continuing to monitor your children's health, and keeping them home and contacting us if they are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. Per Executive Order 2021-18, all children and adults will be wearing masks regardless of vaccination status while inside the building. Thank you for your support while this Executive Order is in effect. Like many skills, we will work with our students on how to wear a mask. You can help by finding a mask that fits your child, and regularly practice wearing one at home while doing a motivating activity like playing with toys or watching TV. Additionally, we will be teaching our children to wash and sanitize their hands and keep 3+ feet of distance between each other. Children will have the option to eat a small snack while at school. They will remove their masks while keeping a distance of 6 feet during those times. Snacks may also be sent home in your children's backpacks. Please plan to send the following items labeled with your child's name: backpack (large enough for a large folder) extra set of clothes an extra mask diapers and wipes if needed
