My name is Mrs. Bridget Ortmann.  I grew up in Wheaton and now enjoy living in the city of Chicago with my husband.  I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communicative Disorders from Saint Mary’s, Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Elmhurst College.  I also hold a Learning Behavior Specialist endorsement and my English Language Learner endorsement.  I am currently working toward my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.  I am delighted to be beginning my 5th year of teaching in Naperville 203 at the Ann Reid Early Childhood Center.  It brings me great pleasure to work with our youngest learners and their families.  Each day  brings a new adventure and opportunity for growth!

Belpedio My name is Maggie Belpedio. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2010 with my degree in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education. I have taught early childhood self-contained and a pre-k at-risk program. In March of 2013 I completed my ESL endorsement from National Louis. Currently I am working on my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Aurora University. I am originally from Lombard and I love to travel. I was fortunate to spend three weeks exploring Europe one summer. I am so excited to be a part of District 203’s early childhood programs.  I love watching our youngest learners have so many “light bulb” moments.
I was born in Tennessee and moved to Naperville in 1989. In 1997, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from Northern Illinois University. I continued my studies at Northern Illinois University and obtained my Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 1999. I currently work in the Phonological Classroom treating children with severe to profound speech disorders. In addition, I service 3 year old to 5 year old children receiving itinerant speech and language services, and I screen and evaluate children for communication disorders. My goal in therapy is to create a warm and fun environment where children are able to improve their communication skills, so they are confident and independent when they are communicating with peers and adults in their educational and social environments. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to music, baking, and crafting.

I grew up in Naperville and attended various schools in NCUSD 203 from kindergarten through high school.  I now have the pleasure of continuing the excellent efforts in teaching in this district.  I have been an Early Childhood Special Education teacher in this district for the past 8 years.  Overall, I have been teaching for 19 years.  I earned my Master of Science in Education degree from Northern Illinois University.  I hold a teaching certificate in Early Childhood.  I also have an Early Childhood Special Education endorsement and an English Language Learner endorsement.  I am passionate about helping our youngest students to become life-long learners and to enjoy school.
