NNHS Procedures for Applying to College (Class of 2023)
The resources below are for senior students who are applying to college. Use SchooLinks to track and orgaize your college applications, as well as request supporting documents such as transcripts and letters of recommendation.
The NNHS Senior FlowDoc is a one-stop-shop for answers to your questions about applying to college. Bookmark this resource for when you have questions about the college application process. If you can't find the answer in this FlowDoc, contact your school counselor, or email Mr. La Porte (blaporte@naperville203.org) to schedule an appointment.
Counselor Recommendation Letters (Class of 2023)
If your college requires a counselor letter of recommendation, please contact your counselor AND complete/share the Recommendation & Scholarship Survey with your counselor at least 3 weeks before the deadline.
Mid-Year Transcripts (Class of 2023)
Some colleges require a mid-year transcript (also known as a 7th semester transcript) to be sent, showing first semester senior year grades. As there are many Common App schools that require mid-year transcripts to be sent, counselors will automatically send mid-year transcripts to any application completed through the Common App.
If a college requires a mid-year transcript to be sent, and was not applied to using the Common App, students should use the following link to make a request: Non-Common App Mid-Year Transcript Request. We will be processing all mid-year transcripts in late January, when all 1st semester grades are finalized.
Unofficial Transcript
Access your unofficial transcripts on Infinite Campus, under Documents. Your unofficial transcript is particularly helpful if you need to self-report your courses and grades.
