Campus Portal Support:
• The Campus Portal is used for parents to obtain and print their students’ schedules, view grades and to verify demographic information
• Parents may contact us to receive Portal Access Keys or to reset their passwords
• Students should be encouraged to contact their building CSA for support accessing Campus Portal

o For support or questions regarding Portal access, parents can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 630-420-6825.
• Canvas is a communication tool between teachers, students and parents when it comes to posting homework assignments.
• Parents can create a separate account (they do not use Campus Portal Log ins) though an invitation by the teacher.
o While student’s have Canvas accounts, parents may contact the teacher to receive an invitation to become a class “observer”.
o Students should direct their questions to their building CSA for support.

o All Canvas questions should be directed to the teacher and not SIS203, as we cannot create or reset accounts for Canvas.
If parents would like to use the debit system, there are a variety of options for depositing funds into a student's debit account. The most traditional option is to send cash or a check,* made payable to Naperville CUSD, to school with your child. Funds are deposited into the student's account and are immediately available for use.
For those who prefer the convenience of online transactions and paying by credit card, mySchoolBucks or RevTrak are available 24/7. Please allow 24 hours for deposit to post to student's account.
To set up an account, parents should visit the Web Store link at the top of every school's page on the district site (https://www.studentquickpay.com/naperville203/). Parents will need their student's school and identification number to set up an account for the first time. After parents use this online system at least once they may check an account balance via the internet at any time, even if they choose to pay by check* or cash after the initial transaction. Additional benefits are available to set up low balance alerts,. There is a $1.95 convenience fee per check out for this online service. You may put dollars on all your students' accounts for only one fee.Account information may also be obtained at any time by contacting the Aramark manager at your child's school or via email at email@example.com.

After parents use the online payment system at least once they may check an account balance and transaction information via the internet at any time, even if they choose to pay by check* or cash after the initial transaction. Additional benefits are available to set up low balance alerts or use an electronic check. You may review each child's participation report that shows individual daily purchases, whether they pay cash or use the debit card. There is a $2.50 convenience fee per transaction for the online service.
Participation in one of the online services is voluntary, and parents are welcome to continue to pay for lunches via the standard method of check or cash. Please be aware that neither District 203 nor Aramark, our school lunch provider, profit from the fees paid for this service.
