6th grade intramural basketball is open to any 6th grader (boy or girl) who loves playing basketball or wants to learn more about playing basketball.  Sessions are in the morning, from 6:45-7:45 (before school), and they consist mainly of friendly but competitive games as well as basic instructional information.

7th and 8th grade boys intramural basketball is open to 7th or 8th grade boys who enjoy playing basketball and want to compete against their peers before school.  Sessions include a 15 minute shoot-around and then 45 minutes of game play.  This offers a great opportunity to polish basketball skills leading up to tryouts for the school’s basketball teams, but participants do not have to plan to try out to participate in intramurals.
