Cross Country 2020

  • Our season starts on October 1st carrying on through November 12th with these dates subject to change based on Illinois Health and Safety Guidelines. Cross-country is available to all 7th and 8th graders at Jefferson. We are a no-cut sport, so any runners from beginners to experienced runners are invited and welcome! We will be following all current safety protocols to keep your athletes safe at practice with temperature checks, social distancing and the use of masks.

As with a normal season, there will be required paperwork for you to fill out prior to the start of practice; however, that communication will come out closer to the start of our season. There will be more information coming your way regarding an informational meeting and other guidelines for athletes to follow and be aware of for our practices and meets. Please be on the lookout for all of this information in your email within the coming weeks.

If you have any questions prior to that time, do not hesitate to reach out and we would be happy to help you!
