Orchestra

The Lincoln Junior High Orchestra program includes a String Orchestra at each grade level, the Chamber Orchestra, and String Fusion, and provides numerous additional performance opportunities for all students.

This ensemble explores a wide variety of music and has additional performance opportunities.

It is our intention to provide a challenging yet enjoyable experience for every student. The orchestra program encourages students to become skilled and enthusiastic musicians in a positive, caring, and safe environment. Meaningful experiences and high expectations engage students and help them reach their fullest potential on the violin, viola, cello, or bass. Through team work, orchestra students develop instrument technique, music literacy, and artistry while at Lincoln.
