• 4th and 5th grade students have the opportunity be a part of the Meadow Glens band. Each student will meet with Director Mr. Dethrow once a week for individual practice and once for full band practice. The practice schedule falls within instructional hours, but rotates each week so that students will not miss the same class each week. Forms to sign up for band and extra band schedules are in the main office at Meadow Glens.

4th and 5th grade students have the opportunity to be a part of the orchestra program at Meadow Glens Elementary. Students work with Director Ms. Tyus in individual lessons once a week during instructional time, with a rotating schedule so that they do not miss the same classes each week. Students also participate in full rehearsals every Monday during recess. For forms to sign up for the orchestra program or a practice schedule please contact the main office.
