What are intramurals, and should my child join?
Posted by:Intramurals are an "in-house" fun program that includes sports such as archery, badminton, basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, softball, soccer, BSQ (Bigger/Stronger/Quicker).
Information can be found on the school monitors, the bulletin board in the MPR, and on the KJHS Website.
Post them on your fridge. They are two to three-week activities that are meant to be fun. They are a great way to meet new friends. They meet before and after school. Getting involved in clubs and activities is a great way to make the adjustment to middle school. Learning to work hard and have fun are two concepts that work wonderfully together.
Be advised there is a "one-time" fee that covers the entire year except for golf, bowling, and skiiing/snowboarding which have additional charges.
