The SOAR program is designed to build Elmwood Elementary School's culture and teach important life attributes. 

 

 

SOAR focuses on whole classes rather than individual students.  Each month, the students and staff will be especially conscious of one attribute.  During morning announcements, students and staff will be encouraged to think of the attributes in various ways.
