What is Home & School?

The purpose of the Home & School Association is to foster cooperation and communication between the school and the home and to provide an avenue by which the volunteer efforts of students, parents and guardians might enhance the school environment and instructional programs.

Beebe parents can choose from a wide range of opportunities for involvement. Our Home & School brings volunteers into the LRC, the classroom and the lunch room. Many Home & School activities have opportunities for parents that can not come into the school on a regular basis and need a one-time, special project to allow them to be involved at Beebe. In addition, our fundraisers provide opportunities to support Beebe to those that can not visit during the school day.

All funds raised by Beebe Home and School go directly into services and projects that benefit each Beebe student. In the last year, Home and School has provided funding for Learning Extensions, which allow the teaching teams extra money to provide enrichment to their curriculum, Birthday Book Program where each student receives a book for their birthday; monies also provide reduced costs for field trips, School Directory, Wheel of Wisdom assembly, Art Awareness, Book Club, Field Day, Family Movie Night, Back to School Picnic and so much more.
