Reporting a Change in After School Plans

  • When student after school dismissal routines change either for the day or permanently, parents must notify the school of the change in writing by sending an email to AND the teacher or a handwritten note stating the change and providing specific instructions about how to dismiss the student. The information is shared so that all parties understand the communication. Please remind your student to give this notice to their teacher in the morning so it can be communicated to all the appropriate individuals. 

    If plans change mid-day, communication must be received by the office by 1:30pm. Students will not be dismissed, released or otherwise sent away from school different from established routines without proper notification.  This is particularly true for students riding the bus.
