Welcome to Ellsworth Health Services. It is the goal of the Health Office staff to:
- Promote the well-being of Ellsworth students, their families, and staff and
- Plan and implement care for students with acute, chronic, and medically complex conditions
in an effort to ensure that all students can remain in the classroom and be ready to learn.At the elementary level, absence reporting and attendance monitoring are overseen by the Health Office. If your child will be absent, late, or leaving school early, please notify the Health Office.
