Speech Team

    The Lincoln Speech Team would love for you to come join the fun!

     

    We will be holding our informational meeting on August 28thth in Room 49 (Ms. Chenelle’s classroom).  All grade levels are welcome.  The Speech Team meets Mondays and Wednesdays after school from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in the Learning Commons during September and October.  There are multiple ways to participate:

     

    • Solos
    • Duets
    • Small Group Acting
    • Improv Duet
    • Small Group Improv
    • Impromptu
    • Story-telling

     

    There is no fee to join.  Participants must secure their own transportation home after the meetings.  Meeting attendance is mandatory, as we are a social group and support each other as we memorize our scripts and learn our staging.

     

    We plan to have two performances this fall, with one at Lincoln and the other a district-wide competition.
