  • Magazine Drive 2019-2020

    We are launching our Magazine Drive with an assembly for the students on Monday, September 16th!  This is Madison Home & School's ONLY FUNDRAISER for the year.  It is so important for your student to get involved!  Home & School uses the Magazine Drive money in the following ways:

    • Sports Uniforms
    • Books for the LC
    • WEB Program for 6th Graders
    • Sponsorship of Rebecca Caudill Reading Program
    • Drama Club
    • Music Department Technology & Supplies
    • 8th Grade Boat Trip & T-shirt
    • Moving On Ceremony
    • And MORE!

     

    If every student in the school sold 4 subscriptions, Madison Home & School would make $50,000!  

     

    8th grade parents, don’t forget! 20% of your 8th grader’s magazine sales and donations go directly to cover your child’s boat trip!

     

    Donations: 

    If someone wants to support a Madison student, but doesn’t want a magazine, they can make a donation instead. 

     

    New this year: Donations can be made right through the magazine drive website.  AND donations count toward prizes! Every $25 donation will count as 1 magazine order.  Every $50 donation will count as 2 magazine orders. Every $75 donation will count as 3 magazine orders.  Every $100 donation will count as 4 magazine orders.  

     

    Important Magazine Drive dates:

    • Monday, September 16, 2019: Kickoff with assembly for all students.
    • Tuesday, September 17, 2019 @Midnight: Deadline for 36 Hour Bonus prizes.
    • Wednesday, September 18, 2019: 36 Hour Bonus prizes awarded during lunchtime.
    • Monday, September 23, 2019: Prize Day 1 during lunchtime
    • Monday, September 30, 2019: Prize Day 2 during lunchtime  
    • Friday, October 11, 2019: Last day of orders to count toward prizes
    • Tuesday, November 5, 2019 OR Wednesday, November 6, 2019: Trip to Urban Air for qualifying students

     

    Volunteers Needed:

    As a final part of our fundraiser, there will be a chocolate sale the week of Thanksgiving.  An email will be sent out on Black Friday. A second email will be sent out on Cyber Monday.
