An accomplished principal with more than 15 years of experience at the middle school level has been hired as Naperville 203’s Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services for Junior High Schools.

The hiring of Allison Boutet was officially approved by the Naperville 203 Board of Education at its Tuesday, July 5, meeting. Boutet comes to Naperville 203 from Berwyn South School District 100, where she has served as the principal of Heritage Middle School for the past six school years.

“Allison’s past experiences and proven passion for educating all students make her a great fit for this position,” Naperville 203 Superintendent Dan Bridges said. “I look forward to seeing the impact she will make, not only at the junior high level, but as a member of our district’s leadership team.”

Boutet has worked as a middle school educator throughout her entire career. She taught middle school English Language Arts (ELA) and Science in Kaneland Community School District 302 and Berwyn North School District 98 before accepting an assistant principal, and later principal, position in Berwyn South District 100. In her current role in Berwyn, Boutet also serves as the district’s Summer School Director.

Boutet earned her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University. She holds an endorsement in English as a Second Language (ESL) and is currently working toward a doctorate in Education Leadership from Concordia University.
