Naperville 203 Superintendent Dan Bridges updated the Board of Education and community on the district's current COVID-19 mitigation plans, and provided recommendations for a path forward.

Student Behavior Through An Equity Lens
The Naperville 203 Board of Education received an update on the district’s review of Student Behavior Through An Equity Lens. Administrators presented the additional areas explored since a previous presentation on this topic in the fall, and shared a desire to develop a Comprehensive Action and Accountability Plan to address issues of student behavior and discipline in a systemic manner.

Student Data Update
The Naperville 203 Board of Education received an update on the academic and social-emotional well-being of students. The presentation also celebrated the overall achievement students, while identifying areas for continued focus moving forward.

Fund Balance Review
The Board of Education recieved an update on Naperville 203's fund balance and reviewed its related policy, 4:20. The presentation included a look at current and projected fund balance levels.

School Fees Approved
School fees for the upcoming 2022-23 school year were approved during the meeting. There are no proposed changes to general fees, and minor changes to some high school course fees due to the costs of materials, resources, and text selections.

Career 203
A presentation on the district’s Career 203 program reviewed the cornerstones of the Career 203 model and shared successes of the program. Career 203 is Naperville 203’s professional growth model, which was created to reward educators for participation in relevant and rigorous professional development opportunities that fulfill the evolving needs of the District’s students.
