Summer break doesn’t stop Naperville 203 educators from preparing for the 2019-2020 school year! Our wonderful K-5 instructors are hitting the classrooms and exercising their lifelong learning skills through their participation in the Teachers College Reading and Writing Program’s (TCRWP) 2019 Summer Writing Institute.
This past week, our Learning Services department was delighted to offer Naperville 203 K-5 educators an opportunity to enhance their writing instruction for classroom utilization. Thanks to the generous donation from the Jeanine Nicarico Memorial Fund for Literacy, teachers were able to participate in a four day professional learning experience at Prairie Elementary School that was crafted and proven to positively impact student’s writing and educator’s teaching skills. Instructors are eager to apply what they’ve learned from the TCRWP team to the classroom.
Naperville 203 is grateful to have such dedicated and hard-working employees. Our extraordinary educators are committed to developing further as professionals to enhance the student learning experience. Thank you, teachers, for all that you do for our students!
Naperville 203 greatly appreciates the charitable Nicarico Family for providing our K-5 instructors this wonderful and unique learning experience!
