Naperville 203 Students Announced as National Merit Finalists

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) announced the finalists in the 64th annual National Merit Scholarship Program, including 46 Naperville Community Unit School District 203 students.

 

Naperville Central High School had 22 seniors named as finalists, and Naperville North had 24. The students now have the opportunity to continue in the competition for 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth about $32 million that will be offered spring 2019.

 

The students from Naperville Central are: Alexa Sophia Bukowski, Therese Deutsch, Prateek Dullur, Erin Fang, Katherine Ming Wai Ho, Ria Jha, Patrick Koh, Katherine Krupicka, Kenneth Li, Adarsh Mattu, Saagar Moradia, Ganesan R. Narayanan, Naraen Palanikumar, Shoshanna Perchanok, Jack Reicherts, James Royal, Ammaar Ahmed Saeed, Lucy Schmid, Justas Stankevicius, Emma Michelle Susin, Alex Trickey, and Max C. Walts.

 

The students from Naperville North are: Kierra Beeson, Jack Boettcher, Emma Connelly, Clara Duan, Karen Ge, Justin Griffith, Ryan Guan, Tanya Iyer, Senthooran Kalidoss, Benjamin Kan, Jessica Lee, Maxwell Levitt, Grace Liu, Jason Liu, Aditya Ramachandran, Ryan Robbins, Nicole Serpico, Sangita Setlur, Rachel Shen, Gregory Shobert, Anahita Tewatia, Joseph Yuan, Maxwell Zhang, and Sarah Zhou.
