Naperville 203 Promotes Melissa McHenry to Assistant Superintendent of Student Services

We are thrilled to announce that Melissa McHenry has been named the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, effective July 1, 2024. Melissa (Missy) has dedicated her entire education career to Naperville 203.

Missy began her career as a Learning Behavior Specialist, a role she excelled in for 10 years. Her dedication and expertise then led her to the position of Department Chair for Special Education at Naperville North High School (NNHS). Following this, she served as the Assistant Principal at Meadow Glens Elementary School, where she continued to demonstrate her leadership and passion for student success.

In her journey with Naperville 203, Missy became a Supervisor of Student Services, and since 2021, she has held the role of Director of Student Services. In each of these positions, Missy has consistently shown her dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving meaningful progress and growth within the Student Services department.

As the new Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, Missy will continue to lead with a commitment to excellence and a focus on ensuring that every student has the support they need to succeed. Her vision and experience will be invaluable as we work towards providing comprehensive and effective services for our diverse student population.
