Naperville 203 Announces Kristen Caprarola as Principal of Lincoln Junior High School
We are excited to announce that Kristen Caprarola has been approved by the Board of Education as the new Principal of Lincoln Junior High School, effective July 1, 2024. Kristen, a current Assistant Principal at LJHS, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the school community, making her exceptionally qualified to lead our school into the future.
Kristen has a diverse and enriching background in education, having served as a teacher at the elementary, middle, high school, and alternative school settings, as well as an administrator at the elementary level. Most recently, she has been an Assistant Principal in District 203, where her passion for the LJHS community and commitment to long-term engagement were evident throughout the entire interview process. Her extensive experience in communities with large English Learner populations will be invaluable as we implement our new English Learner programming for the 2024-2025 school year.
Kristen’s journey in education began as an undergraduate student at North Central College, where she first joined District 203 as a clinical teacher in the junior high setting. Her return as a school leader is a testament to her dedication and love for the Naperville community. As she steps into her new role, she brings with her a profound sense of responsibility and a vision for fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Join us in congratulating Kristen Caprarola on this earned promotion in 203!
