Episode #2: Build A Sense Of Community & Collaboration

Thank you to those of you who participated in our ThoughtExchange on Building A Sense Of Community & Collaboration. We asked participants to share ways in which students have experienced Community & Collaboration in the classroom and/or through extracurricular activities. Our Naperville 203 leadership team has reviewed the thoughts, and understands that members of our community feel:

• Morning meetings have been impactful for students
• The COVID-19 pandemic had a negative impact on building community & collaboration
• Community & collaboration often takes place through clubs and intramurals
• There are opportunities for more parent-focused initiatives
• We need to make the community more aware of the ways in which we are building community & collaboration
