Focus 203 to Highlight Diversity and Inclusion in Naperville 203

Naperville Community Unit School District 203 continued its important two-way conversations with community members through the community engagement sessions known as Focus 203. The April 2019 Focus 203 sessions highlighted diversity and inclusion in Naperville 203.

The goal of this community engagement session was to understand WHY there is a focus on Diversity & Inclusion in Naperville 203 and what the District is doing to address achievement gaps and inequities through priorities and initiatives to better serve our diverse community.

Presenters included Superintendent Dan Bridges, Assistant Superintendent for Assessment and Accountability Dr. Patrick Nolten, and Executive Director of Diversity and Inclusion Dr. Rakeda Leaks.

The Focus 203 interactive forums foster a meaningful dialogue and generate ideas that ultimately strengthen our learning community. By participating, you will help shape our future Focus 203 sessions as well as District initiatives.
