Bilingual Parents Advisory Council (BPAC)

What is BPAC?

The Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee’s primary objective is to establish a clear and collaborative voice between the bilingual community of the ML Program and the Naperville Community Unit School District 203.  Our goals are to partner with families to promote the growth of our students and to provide quality programs for families.

  • BPAC is the Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee required for public school districts that offer transitional bilingual programs and/or transitional programs of instruction to multilingual learners.

  • The committee meets at least four times per year

  • The committee consists of bilingual program parents, legal guardians of ELs, certified staff and other school personnel and ML community leaders.

  • Membership is representative of the languages served by the District.

BPAC Goals

  • Work together to support children in their academic & social emotional development

  • Learn together about how to become more involved in your child’s school

  • Stay informed about District and school events
