Operator Agreements

Naperville Community Unit School District 203 uses a variety of external providers (operators) to manage, educate, facilitate, assess, and track our students.  With any of these providers that operate a website, online service, online application, or mobile application that is designed, marketed, and used primarily for Kindergarten through 12th-grade purposes, Naperville Community Unit District 203 is required to enter into a written agreement with those providers.  This agreement defines how providers may and may not use student data, identifies what data is collected by the provider, and describes the processes that should take place in the event of a data breach.  Naperville Community Unit District 203 is required to post these documents for public review.
