5 Pillars of Success

We’re excited to unveil our new video series highlighting the five pillars of Naperville 203’s Comprehensive Equity Plan. The videos address Systemic Transformation of Culture, Courageous Equity Centered Staff, Equity Centered Schools and Classroom Practices, Perpetuating Systems of Equity and Opportunity, and Family and Community Empowerment.

These three-minute videos were created to ensure that our community and staff have a clear and accurate understanding of the Comprehensive Equity Plan, which will better position Naperville 203 to fulfill our commitment to quality improvement work in our schools.

*All Naperville 203 Staff members followed the Governor's Executive Order requiring mask wearing during the taping of these videos.
