• Welcome to Naperville Community School District 203’s Online Annual Update

    The Online Annual Update for the 2019-2020 school year will open on Thursday, April 4th for all returning students. All applications should be completed by May 3, 2019. A Talk 203 message was sent to all existing families with information on what is required to complete the Online Annual Update Application.

     

    What is the Annual Update?

    The Annual Update is an annual requirement for confirmation of a student’s enrollment. All families are required to update contact information and sign permissions for the upcoming year.

     

    Families who have moved will be required to submit Change of Address documents to the District 203 office before their application can be completed.

    How to access the Online Annual Update

    All parent/guardians will access the Online Annual Update through their Portal Accounts. Click here to access the Campus Portal login page. Once logged in, refer to the left side of the portal home page and click on the link titled “Online Annual Update.”  

     

    If you are a parent or guardian and you do not have a portal account, please contact Parent Support at 630-420-6825 or email them at parentsupport@naperville203.org.

     

    If you have forgotten your password or username, please use the “Forgot Your Password” or the “Forgot Your Username” on the bottom of the login page on the Campus Portal site.

     

    Don’t have a computer?

    For families that do not have a computer or internet access, every District 203 school has computers available for use during normal office hours.  Please contact your school’s main office to determine their office hours.

     

    Student Fees:

    Students entering grades Kindergarten thru 5th grade will receive their Fee Statements in back packs on April 4th. Students entering 6th thru 12th grade will have their fee statements mailed home mid-July.

     

    How to Pay Your Fees?

    Parents can pay their fees by check or cash by visiting their child’s school. They can also choose to pay their fees by credit card by visiting our webstore at: https://www.studentquickpay.com/naperville203/

     

    Health Requirements

    State of Illinois Department of Human Services Certificate of Child Health Examination

    • All Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grade students and all students enrolling from out of state shall have a physical examination before October 15th of the year of the required exam or within 30 days of enrollment for new students from out of state. The exam must be dated within one year prior to the date the student enters school.

     

    Illinois Department of Public Health Eye Examination Report

    • All kindergarten students and all students enrolling from out of state shall have an eye examination before October 15th of the year of the required exam or within 30 days of enrollment for the new students from out of state.

     

    Illinois Department of Public Health

    • All Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th and 9th grade students must have an oral health examination performed by a licensed dentist. The exam is due no later than May 15th of the year of the required examination. The examination must have been performed any time within an 18-month period prior to this date.
