• Welcome to Naperville Community School District 203’s Online Annual Update

    Beginning April 13, 2020, all families will be required to update their student’s information through their Campus Parent Account. The Online Annual Update for returning families must be completed by May 11, 2020.  

    The following information will assist you in completing each of your student’s Annual Update for the 2020-2021 school year:

    • To access the Online Annual Update, you will need your Campus Portal username and password. If you do not have a Campus Portal Account, contact Parent Support at parentsupport@naperville203.org.

    If your Online Annual Update reflects a change of address, proof of residency at your new address must be provided. If there is a change in the family structure i.e. divorce, a Parenting/Custody Agreement must be provided. For these changes/updates to take effect, documents may be uploaded while completing your Online Update, or they may be brought into our Centralized Enrollment Office when the office re-opens.  Updated information can be found on our website at www.naperville203.org/enrollment. If you have any questions regarding your Online Update application, please email Maureen Dvorak, School Services Manager, at mdvorak@naperville203.org.

    If you know that your student(s) will not be returning in August, please let the school know as soon as possible. 

     

    Todas las escuelas enviarán un enlace a todas las familias con información de cómo acceder a la actualización anual en línea.

    Comenzando hoy, 13 de abril de 2020, se requerirá que todas las familias actualicen la información de su estudiante a través de la cuenta del portal de padres. La Actualización anual en línea para las familias que regresan debe completarse antes del 11 de mayo de 2020.

    La siguiente información lo ayudará a completar la actualización anual de cada estudiante para el año escolar 2020-2021:

    • Para acceder a la Actualización anual en línea, necesitará su nombre de usuario y contraseña del portal de padres. Si no tiene una cuenta para el portal de padres, comuníquese con apoyo para los padres al parentsupport@naperville203.org.

    Si su actualización anual en línea refleja un cambio de dirección, se debe proporcionar un comprobante de domicilio con su nueva dirección. Si hay un cambio en la estructura familiar, es decir, un divorcio, se debe proporcionar un acuerdo de crianza / custodia. Para que estos cambios / actualizaciones surtan efecto, los documentos  se pueden ingresar electrónicamente al completar su actualización en línea, o se pueden entregar a nuestra Oficina Central de Inscripción cuando la oficina vuelva a abrir.     What is the Annual Update?

    The Annual Update is an annual requirement for confirmation of a student’s enrollment. All families are required to update contact information and sign permissions for the upcoming year.

    Families who have moved will be required to submit Change of Address documents to the District 203 office before their application can be completed.

    How to access the Online Annual Update

    All parent/guardians will access the Online Annual Update through their Portal Accounts. Click here to access the Campus Portal login page. Once logged in, refer to the left side of the portal home page and click on the link titled “Online Annual Update.”  

    If you are a parent or guardian and you do not have a portal account, please contact Parent Support at 630-420-6825 or email them at parentsupport@naperville203.org.

    If you have forgotten your password or username, please use the “Forgot Your Password” or the “Forgot Your Username” on the bottom of the login page on the Campus Portal site.

     

     

    Health Requirements

    State of Illinois Department of Human Services Certificate of Child Health Examination

    • All Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grade students and all students enrolling from out of state shall have a physical examination before October 15th of the year of the required exam or within 30 days of enrollment for new students from out of state. The exam must be dated within one year prior to the date the student enters school.

    Illinois Department of Public Health Eye Examination Report

    • All kindergarten students and all students enrolling from out of state shall have an eye examination before October 15th of the year of the required exam or within 30 days of enrollment for the new students from out of state.

    • All Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th and 9th grade students must have an oral health examination performed by a licensed dentist. The exam is due no later than May 15th of the year of the required examination. The examination must have been performed any time within an 18-month period prior to this date.
