EcoEagles - Recycling Club

  • The Scott School Eco-Eagles, for Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade students, is an effort to develop an understanding of the importance of our role in preserving our natural resources.
As a group, we promote recycling in our school by helping to collect recyclables, raise awareness among teachers and students, help recertify our school’s Earth Flag, and learn new ways we can make a difference!
Our club meets approximately twice a month on Monday afternoons from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.. We also have at least one field trip per year.  Students are invited to bring a snack to eat during the first part of our meeting. We perform an important job at Scott School, but we also have fun. Our first meeting in September and our last meeting is just before the last day of school when we collect leftover school supplies.
