All families new to District 203 must visit the Centralized Enrollment Office to register their child for school. Enrollment occurs when a student enters the school system for the first time. When enrolling, parents/guardians will be asked to complete necessary paperwork including residency affidavits, enrollment form, needs assessment, language survey, etc. and to present legal documents such as an original birth certificate. Residency and enrollment packets can be accessed on the New Student Residency and Enrollment. page.
All forms must be submitted in person to the Centralized Enrollment Office.
All families who have changed their address must visit the Centralized Enrollment Office to verify residency at their new address prior to the first day of school on August 19, 2015.
