Kindergarten Enrollment 2013-2014

New Student Enrollment

Families new to District 203 may enroll their children by contacting the Centralized Enrollment Office located at the District 203 Administrative Center, 203 W. Hillside Road, 630-548-4320.

Before a student can be enrolled, you must establish residency within the boundaries of District 203.

You can expedite the enrollment process by downloading and completing the appropriate residency and enrollment forms listed below. All forms must be submitted in person to the Centralized Enrollment Office.

Please select the form(s) that most accurately describe the conditions under which your child is enrolling. Appropriate forms must be completed for each individual student.

New to the State of Illinois

In State Transfer - Kindergarten

In State Transfer - Grades 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8

In State Transfer - Second Grade

In State Transfer - Grades 10, 11 & 12

Enrollment of new students must take place in person. No mailed, emailed or faxed forms will be accepted.

Student enrollment takes place at the Centralized Enrollment Office at the District 203 Administrative Center, 203 W. Hillside Rd., 630-548-4320, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Once enrollment has been completed you will be directed to the school your child will be attending to complete registration. High school students will make their course selection at this time.
