2013-2014 school calendar approved

8/20/2012  The Board of Education approved a 2013-2014 School Year Calendar on Monday, August 20, 2012. The calendar meets the criteria established by the Board to balance semesters and complete high school semester finals before winter break. Because the calendar mirrors the current school year schedule, the Board feels they understand the concerns of the community related to the early start date,  but they feel these criteria support the educational mission of the District and this must be the first priority.
