Device Refresh Procurement

District 203 is seeking a full service proposal for the replacement of out-of-cycle devices with today’s technology at a reasonable cost. Each year the District cycles-out devices after five years service. This includes several models of laptops, tablets, netbooks, and workstations. The District believes this cycle, as well as future cycles, will include additional devices such as the iPad, HP Slate, Kindles, and other similar “fit-for-purpose” devices as a part of the replacement cycle.

Special Education Management System

District 203 is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a web-based Special Education Management System with an IEP (Individual Education Program) module to support effective planning, collaboration, delivery and review of Pupil Services for the students of Naperville School District 203. The Special Education solution will manage information about students with special needs, improve special education work processes, incorporate industry best practices, reduce information redundancies, provide accurate and timely connections to the district’s student information systems, and connect to and adapt with changes to the State and Federal Reporting regulatory environment.
